Minor Piercing Policy

You MUST be at least 16 yrs of age to be pierced.

You MUST have a STATE ISSUED PHOTO I.D.
(drivers license, non-driver I.D., Military I.D. or Passport)
No School Id’s.

Your parent MUST be present and have a
STATE ISSUED PHOTO I.D. (See above for examples.)

You MUST also have a BIRTH CERTIFICATE with both
Child and present parent’s name on it or LEGAL NOTERIZED DOCUMENTS proving guardian rights.

There will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
